He spent the 2008-2009 and 2009-2010 seasons in the Brescian youth team side, making only a single senior team appearance. On the March, 2009, Due to a lack of first team opportunities, he was sent out to Lega Pro 1 side Sudtirol. He moved back to Brescia for the 2011-2012 season and immediately joined the senior side in pre-season. His impressive performances for Brescia in the 2011-2012 Serie B season. On August 2012, El Kaddouri officially signed with Napoli, And on 2013 he loan to club Torino.
